I am a filmmaker and audiovisual artist currently based in Helsinki, Finland.

In one of my dreams, I find a way back to the old spring, guided by new maps. There, a new abstract axis of sacred/literal is beginning to take shape. Soon, it will be real, not crazy and running at a compatible voltage for the cultural current.

For years, I’ve been mapping this premonition through allegorical sci-fi and surrealist fantasy film. I’ve twisted space-time and looked at the mirages of the consumer-human. And I’ve found proof.

All around us, a new metamodern structure of feeling is brewing. When you’re listening to your favorite high school album — self-consciously cringing… but still being genuinely moved! That’s a special kind of in-betweenness that didn’t quite exist before. It’s a promise of a next world.

Currently, I am developing my debut feature film(s). Also, I’m building a miniature fusion reactor out of gingerbread. Through one of these projects, I shall get the power needed for illuminating all that is worth preserving.
